How to Access Your Projects in the your Client Portal

If you’ve purchased one of our 5-Hour Pre-Paid Support Packages, all support requests (tickets) are logged as individual tasks inside your project. Each task includes time tracking so you can clearly see how your included hours are being used.

Follow the steps below to access your project and view detailed time logs.


Accessing Your Projects

1. Log in to the Client Portal

Visit our client portal and log in using your registered email address and password.


2. Navigate to “My Projects”

Once logged in:

  • Click My Projects from the main client menu.
    This will take you to a list of all active and completed projects associated with your account.


3. Select Your Project

Click on the project name you wish to review.
This will open the Project Details page, where you can see an overview of tasks, progress, and statuses.


4. View Detailed Time Logs

On the right-hand side of the Project Details page, you’ll find a section labelled Show/Hide Detailed Time Logs.

Click this option to expand the full breakdown of time spent on each task.
Here you’ll see:

  • A list of tasks created for each ticket you’ve submitted

  • The time allocated to each task

  • Notes recorded by our team


Why This Is Useful

For clients on our Pre-Paid 5-Hour Packages, this section provides complete transparency on how your hours are being used. Each support ticket results in a task, and any work completed is logged with timestamps, ensuring you always know where your time is allocated.
